Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain lathes, drills, milling machines, grinders, and other machinery to shape metal parts.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications and dimensions of parts.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy of finished parts.
• Adjust machine settings to control speed, feed, and depth of cuts.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and make any necessary adjustments.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance as needed
