Qualifications

Job description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Teamlead to join our team in Karachi. As a Teamlead you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project objectives
• Develop project plans, timelines and budgets in collaboration with the team
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
• Identify risks and issues that may impact project delivery and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide guidance and support to team members including training and development opportunities
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the IT industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
• Proven experience in project management including planning, monitoring and budgeting
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills

This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. This position is suitable for men who are passionate about leading teams and delivering successful projects.
