Job description

We are currently seeking a Contract QA Engineer to join our team in Karachi. As a QA Engineer you will be responsible for testing and evaluating software applications to ensure they meet quality standards. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual and automated tests on software applications
• Identify and report any defects or issues found during testing
• Create and maintain test cases and test plans
• Work closely with developers to identify troubleshoot and resolve any issues
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality assurance processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new testing technologies

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Previous experience in quality assurance or software testing preferred but not required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java Python or C++ is a plus
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Location

This position is based in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate should be willing to relocate if not already residing in Karachi.
