Qualifications

• Previous plastering experience preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.
• Physically fit for manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Mix plaster materials according to specific ratios.
• Apply plaster using various techniques such as troweling, spraying or hand-sculpting.
• Smooth out imperfections and create an even finish.
• Install corner beads and repair cracks or holes in walls or ceilings.
• Follow safety precautions and wear protective gear at all times.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
