Job summary

FlexiRemote Solutions in Karachi, Pakistan is seeking an Information Technology Manager to oversee all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure and operations on a contract basis.

Based in Karachi, you will develop and implement IT strategies, manage hardware, software, networks and security, and lead a team to ensure reliable systems and timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field and at least 5 years IT management experience; a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware software networking and security systems.
• Experience with project management principles.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the companys objectives
• Manage and maintain all hardware software networks and systems
• Ensure the security and reliability of all IT systems
• Evaluate current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
• Lead a team of IT professionals to achieve department goals and objectives
• Provide technical support to employees on hardware software and network issues
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Education
