Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Formworker in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of different types of formwork systems and their uses.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures on construction sites.
• Good physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Own visa or student status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine formwork layout.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wooden or metal forms for concrete pouring.
• Secure formwork together using nails, bolts, and screws.
• Pour concrete into designated forms and smooth surfaces using hand or power tools.
• Install reinforcing bars or mesh if necessary.
• Remove forms once concrete has cured and clean up work area.
