Job summary

JobCenter in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a skilled Construction Manager on a contract basis to oversee planning, execution, and completion of projects.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, manage budgets, schedules, safety, and ensure quality. The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience.

Salary is $1800 per month with visa sponsorship for foreign nationals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Pakistan building codes and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet specifications.
• Monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of construction.
• Review and approve subcontractor payments.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
