A leading philanthropic organization is looking for a Training Consultant to develop and conduct training sessions aimed at enhancing the skills of healthcare providers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The role involves creating training materials, evaluating participants, and improving public health through capacity building. Ideal candidates should possess strong facilitation skills, relevant experience in training, and proficiency in Urdu and English.
Medics, Paramedics, and community volunteers (for basic first aid and trauma stabilization)
Three (3) days each training in Buner and Shangla districts (1 day on Basic First Aid and Trauma Stabilization, 2 days on IDSR and Case Management)
Buner and Shangla, KPK
The consultant will develop and conduct training sessions to enhance the capacity of public healthcare providers, including medics and paramedics in Buner and Shangla districts of KPK. This initiative aims to improve their knowledge and skills in Basic First Aid and Trauma Stabilization, IDSR and Case Management. These trainings are highly valuable for improving public health, emergency preparedness, and community resilience.
The consultant will work closely with International Medical Corps, which will liaise with the Department of Health (DoH) to obtain participant nominations. The consultant will deliver the training with minimal supervision.
