Job summary

Work Together seeks a Warehouse, Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to lead cost planning and procurement for on-site construction projects in Pakistan. You will prepare BOQs, monitor budgets, and coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with specifications and deadlines.

The role requires travel to project sites, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with QS software and MS Office. A professional accreditation is preferred, and ongoing development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role focusing on BOQs.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and construction standards.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs for construction projects from specs.
• Conduct cost analysis and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with PMs, architects, and engineers on cost discrepancies.
• Monitor project costs to stay within budget.
• Evaluate tenders from contractors based on financial and technical criteria.
• Maintain and update project records and budgets.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance with specs.
• Assist in contract documents and procurement schedules.
• Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on works.
