Qualifications

• Proven experience as caregiver or in related role.
• Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with elderly clients.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions from supervisors or family members.
• Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and medication administration procedures.
• Good physical stamina for assisting with tasks such as lifting or transferring clients.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset).
• Valid work permit for Faisalabad (visa sponsorship available for international candidates).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly clients.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as grooming, bathing, and dressing.
• Administer medication according to prescribed schedules.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry and tidying up.
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or family members.
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any incidents or issues to the appropriate authorities.
