We are hiring a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Karachi. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs for commercial buildings and spaces. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, create design proposals, and oversee the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for commercial projects


• Create design proposals that meet the client's needs while adhering to budget and building codes


• Develop detailed architectural plans using CAD software


• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects


• Oversee the construction process and make necessary adjustments as needed


• Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans and specifications

Requirements
