Adam Smith International is seeking an Accounting Systems Specialist to support climate and gender budget tagging across provincial budgets in Pakistan. The role focuses on developing and maintaining IT infrastructure, databases, and analytical tools to enable data collection, validation, and reporting.

The successful candidate will consolidate provincial budget data, build financial models, coordinate with Finance and Planning departments, and deliver training and support to users at national

Competenze

• Strong ability to gather, organise, analyse, and present quantitative and qualitative information.
• Excellent oral and written English.
• Experience with data-driven policy analysis and public finance.
• Knowledge of governance structures and budgeting processes in Pakistan.

• Collect, consolidate, and analyse provincial budget data and map expenditures to tagging criteria.
• Develop financial models to assess fiscal and policy indicators.
