Job Description: Client Service Representative

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining positive and professional relationships.
  2. Understand clients\' needs and effectively communicate them to the internal team.
  3. Ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns, meeting client expectations.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and develop innovative strategies for clients.
  5. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance by analyzing data and metrics.
  6. Address client concerns or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports to clients, highlighting their campaign progress.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors, providing valuable insights to clients.
Requirements & Skills
