A luxury fashion company is looking for a Client Service Specialist in Lahore, Pakistan. This role involves delivering exceptional client service, managing inquiries, and contributing to sales targets. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in client services, preferably in luxury fashion, and strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and Shopify systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The position may require evening and weekend availability.
You will primarily focus on delivering exceptional client service but will also contribute to driving sales, product knowledge, and client engagement initiatives. In addition to managing client inquiries and complaints, you will collaborate with e-commerce, design, and operations teams to elevate the overall client experience across various platforms.
You will play a key role in optimizing the client journey by leveraging your expertise to exceed client expectations, contribute to business growth, and meet sales targets. This position will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance brand reputation.
