You will primarily focus on delivering exceptional client service but will also contribute to driving sales, product knowledge, and client engagement initiatives. In addition to managing client inquiries and complaints, you will collaborate with e-commerce, design, and operations teams to elevate the overall client experience across various platforms.

You will play a key role in optimizing the client journey by leveraging your expertise to exceed client expectations, contribute to business growth, and meet sales targets. This position will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance brand reputation.

How You Will Contribute
  • Provide expert product knowledge and personalised client service
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
  • Drive sales performance and meet daily/weekly targets
  • Ensure high-quality service across multiple communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, social media)
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance client experience and brand alignment
  • Track and report on personal sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Support operational functions including logistics and administration
