Job summary

Descon is seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineering professional based in Lahore, Pakistan. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 15 years of experience in the Petro-chemical/Oil & Gas Industry. Responsibilities include governing Civil TAF, providing technical leadership, managing stakeholders, and leading reviews during various project phases. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the quality of major Civil engineering deliverables across EPC proposals and projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Petro-chemical/Oil & Gas Industry.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for Civil TAF governance and quality of all major Civil engineering deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership for design optimizations.
• Resolve multidiscipline issues and support proposal engineering.
• Lead Civil discipline reviews during proposal and design phases.
• Ensure effective integration of packaged units and brownfield tie-ins.
• Manage internal & external stakeholders, including Clients and construction teams.
• Lead mentoring and training of department resources.
