Job summary

BrightConnect, a leading construction company based in Multan, is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to plan, design and oversee projects from start to finish.

You will conduct site visits, develop detailed construction plans with timelines and budgets, liaise with clients and contractors, supervise on-site activities, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. A minimum of 3 years in construction, with AutoCAD proficiency, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles, methods and materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and feasibility.
• Develop detailed construction plans including timelines budgets and materials needed.
• Liaise with clients contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Supervise the construction process and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct quality control checks on materials and workmanship.
• Prepare progress reports for management and clients.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process.
