Job summary

JazzWorld is seeking a Head of Customer Advocacy & Market Insights in Islamabad to lead the central Customer Insights function across the ecosystem.

You will deliver rigorous research, surface critical insights and embed the voice of the customer in product decisions, working with privacy and regulatory requirements while steering AI-driven analysis and market intelligence initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consumer or market insights, analytics or a closely related field

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central research and insight partner for every JazzWorld business, shaping a prioritized ecosystem-wide agenda.
• Turn business questions into robust quantitative and qualitative research designs and set standards for quality across all JazzWorld research.
• Own the full research supply chain from agency selection to budgeting and delivery.
• Build AI and automation into every stage of the work, moving toward predictive and prescriptive insight.
• Partner with data, analytics and tech teams to connect research with customer feedback in one view, adhering to privacy requirements.
• Turn complex findings into board-ready narratives and champion the voice of the customer at ExCo and Board.
