A leading textile company in Lahore seeks a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage financial strategy and operations. The CFO will lead budgeting and compliance, ensuring effective financial performance and risk management. Ideal candidates have 10-15 years of finance experience, including 5 years in senior roles, and are Chartered Accountants or ACCA holders.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for leading the financial strategy, planning, and management of the company. The role will oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to sustainable business growth.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companies goals and growth plans.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board for strategic decision-making.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and MIS.
Monitor cash flows, working capital, and cost management for operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks.
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Operational & Business Support
Partner with business units to analyze financial performance and support decision-making.
Drive cost optimization, process improvements, and financial discipline across departments.
Oversee treasury management, including fundraising, banking relationships, and investment planning.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and develop the finance and accounts team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Provide mentorship and build capacity within the finance function.
Chartered Accountant (CA), ICMAP, or ACCA.
Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector).
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate governance, and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
