Job summary

Power Cement Ltd in Pakistan is seeking a senior drafting engineer to create detailed technical drawings and plans for our cement plant. You will collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure project specifications are met and standards are adhered to.

The role includes maintaining the drawing office and technical library, inspecting items, contributing to training, and upholding health, safety and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• DAE – Mechanical or equivalent diploma is required.
• Drafting/engineering diploma or degree accepted.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed technical drawings and plans for cement plant.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on project specifications.
• Ensure design adheres to industry standards and project requirements.
• Responsible for correspondence related to drawing office and technical library.
• Carry out inspection of local and import manufactured items as per the requirement.
• Contribute in training and people development.
• Maintain safety and compliance: implement health, safety and environment standards and ensure safe working environments.
