The Transformation & Capability Manager will lead strategic initiatives to digitize and transform Customer Development (CD) processes, drive capability building across field teams, and ensure seamless execution of demand fulfillment programs. This role is pivotal in accelerating the digitization of distributive trade, enhancing customer engagement, and enabling future‑ready CD operations.
