Responsibilities

• Create new items selected by CM & CE and ensure high-quality content meeting guidelines.
• Coordinate with SC when required.
• Collect required info from suppliers to create or relist items.
• Process supplier requests to update item details in Oracle promptly.
• Review internal feedback and implement corrections when needed.
• Update tags based on SC and supplier feedback for stock availability.
• Regularly check item content and category mapping.
• Conduct quarterly master data audits to improve content quality.

About The Team

What you'll do

• Create new items selected by CM & CE and ensuring high quality content meeting the guidelines and standards
• Coordinate with SC when required
• Collect the required info from the suppliers to complete the creation of new or relisted items
• Take care of the suppliers requests to update the items info in oracle in timely manner
• Pick the internal feedback, verify it and proceed with the correction if required
• Pick tags updates based on SC & Suppliers feedback for stock availability matters
• Frequent checks on items content and mapping in the categories
• Quarterly full master data audits to improve the content quality

What you'll need

• Education : Any Undergraduate/Postgraduate. Business background is needed
• Experience 1-2 years of experience in catalog management, business development, or account management .
