Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent as listed (B.Com / MBA / BBA / BA).
• 01–02 years of relevant experience in cashiering or front desk roles.
• Basic arithmetic and cash handling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and record cash, card, and other payments.
• Prepare daily cash collections and maintain cash registers.
• Reconcile transactions with daily reports for accuracy.
• Generate receipts, invoices, and payment documentation.
• Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records.
• Welcome and assist visitors, patients, and clients professionally.
• Manage front desk duties including answering calls and inquiries.
• Coordinate appointments and direct visitors to departments.
• Maintain registers and documents related to cashier/front desk operations.
• Ensure confidentiality and precision of financial and administrative information.
