Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of carpenters to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
• Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to team members
• Estimate materials and labor costs for projects
• Coordinate with other trades on the job site to ensure timely completion of projects
• Train and mentor new carpenters on techniques and safety procedures
• Inspect work progress to ensure it meets quality standards
• Communicate with clients on project progress, changes, and any issues that may arise
