Job summary

TransaLink in Khanpur is seeking a responsible babysitter to provide attentive care for children while parents are away. You will create a safe, nurturing environment and engage kids with age-appropriate activities.

The role requires empathy, reliability, and good English communication. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain it. You must be eligible to work in Khanpur and able to live without company-provided housing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children preferred but not required.
• Enthusiastic, patient, reliable, and responsible nature.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain one).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Khanpur.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to dietary restrictions.
• Help with homework and engage in educational activities.
• Plan and organize fun and educational games, crafts, and outings.
• Change diapers, dress children, and assist with bathroom breaks.
• Administer medication when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.
• Maintain open communication with other caregivers or family members involved in the child's care.
