Job summary

Charm Connect is seeking a dedicated Caregiver Supervisor to oversee our caregiving team in Multan and ensure high-quality client care. You will coach, supervise, and support caregivers, align schedules, and ensure compliance with care plans.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and computer skills, with at least two years of caregiving experience. Certificate or diploma in nursing or healthcare preferred. Some travel within the city may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in caregiving or a related field.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills for record keeping purposes.
• Certificate or diploma in nursing or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and supervise a team of caregivers to ensure they are providing excellent care to clients.
• Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to caregivers on their performance.
• Assist with scheduling and assigning caregivers to clients, making sure all shifts are covered.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are being met effectively.
• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor medication administration and adherence to treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care.
