We are seeking a confident and dynamic Call Agent to join our real estate digital marketing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for initiating conversations, following up with leads, and helping convert inquiries into appointments. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our high-volume lead system runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Handle up to 200 new leads daily, ensuring prompt and professional initial contact.
- Outbound Calling: Make an initial 5-minute call per lead followed by 1–2 minute follow-up calls as needed.
- WhatsApp Follow-ups: Engage leads with scheduled WhatsApp messages throughout their journey until a visit is confirmed.
- Data Entry: Accurately log call outcomes, update lead statuses, and maintain records in our CRM system.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries and resolve any issues effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead transitions and timely follow-ups.
Job Requirements

- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, or customer service role is preferred.
