Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations & Finance Manager to manage financial reporting, auditing, tax filing, and business growth support for multiple companies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ledgers & prepare financial reports.
• Manage tax compliance & audits.
• Use POS/ERP systems (Modisoft, FarmRight, QuickBooks, Excel).
• Track expenses & manage multi-company accounts.
• Provide insights for cost control & business growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CA Inter/ACCA/MBA preferred).
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Excel & MS Office skills.
• Hands-on POS/ERP software knowledge.

Working Schedule

Six (6) days a week, 9–10 hours daily. Friday (or designated weekly holiday) off.

Compensation & Benefits

• Probation (First 3 Months): PKR 120,000/month (net).
• Permanent Role (Post 3 Months): PKR 150,000/month base salary.
• Growth: 8–10% annual raise.
• Performance Bonus: Up to 2 monthly salaries annually.
• Additional Incentive: Profit-sharing bonus on new business growth.
