Business Development / Sales Representatives

Work with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.

Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for business.

Create and maintain a database of prospect clients.

Lead sourcing to generate new business leads.

Appointment generation for Sales Managers and Business Development team.

Communicate with existing and new clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.

Presenting the service in a structured professional way.

Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing as well as new customers in person and via telephone calls.

Cold calling; making multiple calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.

Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to secure, retain, and grow accounts.

Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, maintaining short and long-term business development plans.

Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.

Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Understand client needs and offer solutions and support by answering potential client questions and follow-up calls.

Draft various business reports.

Job Specification

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

Sales experience within a service sales industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.

Target Driven must be focused on the results.
