Job Description:

One of our clients is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Paper & Flexible Packaging Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving growth within the chemical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the company's presence within the chemical industry.
  • Identify and evaluate potential clients and business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients to secure profitable agreements.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
