A leading logistics company in Karachi is seeking a Business Development Manager with 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding. In this role, you will drive sales growth through client relationship management and the development of customized logistics solutions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and strong knowledge of air and sea freight. This is an onsite position with competitive work timings from Monday to Friday.

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in air freight, sea freight, LCL/FCL, project cargo, customs brokerage, and supply chain solutions. This role requires strong industry knowledge, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience: 3+ Years
Work Timings / Day: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Alternate Saturdays 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Work Mode: Onsite
