Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Resource to strengthen our Materials Management team. The role involves driving sales of construction services, identifying new business opportunities, and developing long-term client relationships. The selected candidate will play a critical role in supporting the company’s high-rise projects by ensuring effective material sales and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to sell construction services for high-rise projects.
  • Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with potential clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Conduct market research to explore new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports to management.
  • Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Provide feedback to the Director Materials Management on market demand and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations in all business dealings.
Qualification & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering (technical background preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or technical sales, preferably in the construction, real estate, or materials industry.
