Job Description:
TheHexaTown is seeking a results-driven and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Bidding on Upwork:
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork and prepare compelling proposals.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points of our services.
- Strategically price proposals to maximize competitiveness while ensuring profitability.

Communication Skills:
- Engage in effective communication with clients to understand their requirements.
- Articulate the company's capabilities and tailor messages to address client needs.
- Demonstrate professionalism and build rapport with clients through written and verbal communication.
- Promptly respond to client inquiries and requests for additional information.
- Address client concerns and objections with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate responses.

Updating Profile Regularly:
- Continuously enhance and update Upwork profiles to reflect the latest achievements and capabilities.
- Optimize profiles to improve visibility and ranking on relevant searches.

Giving Feedback to Improve Constantly:
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and management based on client interactions and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements in service delivery.

Updating CRM Based on Activity:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Use CRM data to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Identifying Trends and Proposing Relevant Actions:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
- Proactively identify business development opportunities and propose strategic actions to capitalize on emerging trends.

Work Toward KPIs Assigned by the Department:
- Strive to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition, revenue generation, and other business development metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bidding on Upwork.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and propose actionable insights.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
