Job Description
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new customers within the masterbatch, plastics, and polymer industry.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand application needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
  • Promote masterbatch colours and filler products to meet assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and service excellence.
  • Analyse customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
  • Negotiate deals, prepare quotations, and manage the complete B2B sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer queries and ensure product satisfaction.
