Responsibilities
- Optimize and maintain company accounts on Upwork and Fiverr to gain exposure, activity, and project acquisition.
- Discover leads, bid smartly on projects, and get new customers by making personalized business proposals.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients, understand their needs, and close deals successfully.
- Collaborate with the team to create and implement business growth strategies.
- Maintain long-term relationships with the current customers, guaranteeing recurring business and customer satisfaction.
- Work on flexible schedules as necessary to connect with clients in various time zones and be involved in discussing the project.
- Stay up-to-date with the industry trends and the services provided to align with proposals to meet demand.
- Draft project proposals professionally and pricing documents to meet the requirements of clients and company standards.
- Monitor and evaluate performance indicators at Upwork and Fiverr to enhance the bidding patterns and conversion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience with Upwork and Fiverr profiles with successful lead generation and project acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-management abilities to engage clients and build trust.
- Ability to work independently while consistently meeting sales targets.
- Familiarity with software development services and IT solutions is advantageous.
- Confident and not camera shy, particularly during client meetings.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on business requirements and clients' needs.
