Job description

The successful candidate will support the Head of Business Development Managers in the preparation of bids, tenders, and PQQs. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the upkeep of the method statement folder
• Carrying out intelligence gathering projects of national or local significance
• Leading on smaller bids and tenders under the supervision of a Business Development Manager
• Supporting the Business Development Manager in drafting and finalizing submissions, presentations, etc.
• Assisting with research and liaison with external organizations and individuals in gathering, collating, and analyzing benchmarking information and commissioning priorities
• Supporting the delivery of the Business Plan target for new growth, diversification, and sustainable business, and meeting individual growth and re-tender targets
• Supporting services as they prepare for re-tender
• Contributing to the development of service design and developments
