Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will specialize in generating business through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru, crafting persuasive proposals, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bidding & Business Development: Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn. Develop customized strategies to win high-value projects.
  • Proposal Writing: Create tailored proposals that highlight Hammani Tech’s expertise and past successes. Address client needs effectively to maximize project conversions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport with potential and existing clients. Respond promptly to client queries and negotiate project terms.
  • Market Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Provide actionable feedback to enhance service offerings and bidding strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze bid success rates and client acquisition metrics. Prepare performance reports to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Experience: 2–3 years in business development or a similar role, with a proven track record on Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.
  • Skills: Excellent English communication (both written and verbal). Strong understanding of IT services (Web Development, Software Development, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing).
