Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• After Effects experience is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of storytelling, hooks, pacing, retention, rhythm, and emotional flow.
• Experience editing for multiple social platforms and formats.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-retention, story-driven videos for social and digital platforms.
• Create short-form and long-form content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Shorts, LinkedIn, and brand campaigns.
• Turn briefs and strategies into strong visual stories.
• Use motion graphics, transitions, sound design, B-roll, captions, and effects with purpose.
• Maintain strong pacing, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Adapt editing styles across brands and audiences.
• Bring creative ideas, references, hooks, and editing suggestions.
• Manage workflow independently and deliver on time.
• Communicate progress, questions, and blockers.
