Job summary

FAAZ TECH is seeking a Brand Identity Designer to build full visual universes for startups and enterprises, conveying trust, innovation, and personality.

You will lead brand systems from logos to typography, collaborate with UI teams, and present concepts with clear strategic reasoning.

A strong portfolio and 3+ years in branding are essential; expert Adobe Creative Suite skills and keen attention to detail are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of branding and visual identity experience.
• Portfolio showing evolution from sketches to final implementation.
• Expert-level mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Deep knowledge of typography, print production, and asset management.
• Ability to handle multiple brand projects with obsessive attention to detail.
• Strong sketching and conceptualizing skills before moving to the screen.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute complete brand identities, including logos, typography systems, and color theory.
• Develop Brand Guidelines documents to ensure consistency for clients’ internal teams.
• Create bespoke iconography and vector illustrations aligned with a brand’s aesthetic.
• Design high-impact marketing collateral, from digital brand decks to printed assets.
• Collaborate with UI designers to translate brand identities into digital interfaces.

You will be responsible for creating cohesive brand systems that communicate trust, innovation, and personality across every touchpoint. We need a conceptual thinker who understands the power of a grid and the emotion behind a color palette.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute complete brand identities, including logos, typography systems, and color theory.
• Develop comprehensive Brand Guideline documents that ensure consistency for our clients’ internal teams.
• Create bespoke iconography and vector illustrations that align with a brand’s unique aesthetic.
• Design high-impact marketing collateral, from digital brand decks to physical brand assets.
• Collaborate with UI designers to ensure that brand identities translate seamlessly into digital interfaces.
• Present design concepts to clients, articulating the strategic reasoning behind visual directions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience specializing in branding and visual identity (Agency experience is a plus).
• A portfolio showcasing the evolution of a brand—from initial sketches to final implementation.
• Expert-level mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Deep knowledge of typography, print production processes, and digital asset management.
• Ability to handle multiple brand projects simultaneously while maintaining an obsessive attention to detail.
