The Regional Blood Centre Karachi Operations Directorate invites applications for the position of RECEPTIONIST (RBC KARACHI) on a Full-Time Regular basis. The selected candidate will support Safe Blood Banking, Quality Assurance & Hospital Transfusion Operations and assist in maintaining regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates hold an Intermediate or Graduate degree and possess pleasant interpersonal skills to handle diverse stakeholders with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Intermediate or graduate degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Residency in Sindh/Karachi preferred or eligible to work in Karachi.

Responsabilités

• Manage reception area workflows and frontline patient/stakeholder interactions.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate record-keeping.
• Operate basic reception equipment and support transfusion services operations.
• Support 24/5 high-quality blood transfusion services through proper coordination.
