Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Biology or closely related life-science field from a top university.
• Strong knowledge of human and animal biology, molecular pathways, physiology.
• Experience creating or critically reviewing complex biology content.
• Expert at fact-checking information using public sources.
• Published in a peer-reviewed journal.
• Clear communication of biology and ability to translate theory into practice.
• English proficiency C1+.
• Bonus: Data labeling, RLHF, or AI model evaluation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content with detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases across use cases.
