Role Overview

As a Bid Specialist/Technical Writer, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Technical teams to develop, structure, and deliver high-quality proposals and tender responses for regional and international clients. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, persuasive writing, and business communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and edit proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, capability statements, and related documents.
  • Work with internal teams to gather technical inputs and translate them into compelling, client-oriented content.
  • Maintain a structured content library of reusable proposal materials and templates.
  • Ensure all submissions meet client requirements and Innovent standards for accuracy, clarity, and presentation.
  • Support the creation of supporting materials such as presentations, case studies, and company profiles.
  • Continuously improve proposal workflows, templates, and documentation quality.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
