Job summary

360training is seeking a Backend Full Stack Developer in Pakistan to own backend and API layers for our LMS and commerce platforms. You will work on MedusaJS v2, build RESTful services, and collaborate across frontend and backend teams to deliver end-to-end features.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, system reliability, and timely delivery in a fast-growing online training environment. You will join a dynamic, results-driven team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in backend or full stack development.
• Hands-on with MedusaJS v2 or headless commerce.
• Strong Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript skills.

Backend Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in MedusaJS v2 and modern commerce platforms. This role will work across frontend, backend services, API development, integrations,and commerce workflows to support our LMS and Commerce platforms. The developer should be comfortable owning features end to end, from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and production support. In addition to Medusa commerce work, this role may also support other internal projects, platform modernization efforts, and integration initiatives as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side logic for Commerce platforms, including services such as backend services, integration services, and new commerce features based on requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs for integrations with MedusaJS, HCL Commerce, and other internal or third-party systems.
• Build scalable backend features using Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern backend frameworks.
• Customize and extend MedusaJS v2, including services, modules, plugins, workflows, and integrations where required.
• Support commerce workflows such as promotions, carts, checkout, inventory, payments, fulfillment, and notifications.
• Ensure backend services are secure, scalable, reliable, and optimized for performance.
• Support other platform, integration, or modernization projects as business needs evolve.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth integration between backend services, storefront experiences, and admin interfaces.
• Participate in debugging, production support, code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills And Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend or full stack development.
• Hands-on experience with MedusaJS v2 or strong experience with headless commerce platforms and willingness to work deeply with MedusaJS.
• Strong experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Good understanding of REST API design, webhooks, asynchronous processing, and backend service integration.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar.
• Basic working knowledge of React or modern frontend frameworks to support full stack collaboration.
• Experience integrating backend systems with third-party platforms, commerce systems, LMS platforms, or internal enterprise applications.
• Understanding of backend security, authentication, authorization, data protection, scalability, and performance best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively with product, frontend, QA, and architecture teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with HCL Commerce, or enterprise commerce migration projects.
• Experience building custom MedusaJS services, modules, plugins, payment integrations, fulfillment integrations, or notification workflows.
• Good understanding of e-commerce concepts such as product catalog, pricing, promotions, vouchers, carts, checkout, inventory, orders, and fulfillment.
• Experience with cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or modern DevOps practices is a plus.
