Job Description & Responsibilities

We’re looking for an educated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented person to join our small but dynamic team. You’ll help manage our back office and customer support operations from home.

Key Responsibilities

Handle order confirmation calls to customers.

Manage order fulfillment and courier coordination.

Organize inventory records and assist with stock tracking.

Provide customer support via WhatsApp, phone, and social media.

Assist with basic data entry, reporting, and admin tasks.

Qualifications / Experience Required

Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (minimum).

Confident communication skills in Urdu (basic English a plus).

Familiarity with e-commerce or customer service preferred — training will be provided.

Must be responsible, punctual, and eager to learn.

Location: Physical home-office in Valencia Town, Lahore
Not a remote / work-from-home role
Timings: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

On-Site (Valencia Town, Residence Based Home Office )

Must be based in Lahore, ideally near Valencia Town for occasional in-person handovers.
