About the role:

The Fulfillment team is a critical pillar of our operations. As Operations Manager-B2C, you will play a key role in managing overall B2C operations, maintaining SKU level inventory accuracy, optimizing resources, and coordinating with other teams to uphold our service standards. Our mission is to deliver operational excellence through precision and agility and you will be empowered with the tools, data, and decision‑making authority to create meaningful impact on operations performance and customer experience.

Your Typical Day as Operations Manager B2C

• Lead and manage end-to-end B2C warehouse operations, ensuring fast, accurate, and efficient fulfillment processing
• Monitor and manage the performance of B2C teams
• Ensure 100% adherence to dispatch timelines, SKU level accuracies in inventory and SLA targets
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, bin audits, and real‑time WMS updates
• Proactively identify and resolve any bottlenecks in operations
  Lead initiatives for tech adoption and process automation within dispatch operations
• Enforce SOPs and compliance standards related to WMS, GWP, and safety
• Drive continuous improvement in B2C operations
• Handle escalations related to operation delays, OOS issues, or miss‑picks and implement root cause fixes.

You Must Have

• 4-5 years of Warehouse Experience
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing on‑ground teams.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode‑based inventory handling
• Hands‑on experience in implementing SOPs, conducting root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
