Responsibilities

• Owning and maintaining the document management process
• Manage Technical Compliance, current and through changes in document management and good industry practice moving forward
• Work with other work streams and project owners to support compliance, reduce risk and effect change leading to continual improvement
• Review the work of project owners when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training
• Prepare reports for project owners and senior management as appropriate
• Collaborate with project owners and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and processes
• Evaluate the efficiency of business process compliance and improve them continuously

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as audit manager
• Good working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and other business tools
• Holds a good understanding of industry best practices such as ISO, PCI DSS etc.
• Proven track record of working closely with key internal and external stakeholders within the software services industry
• Technical experience in order to work comfortably with technical personnel (project owners, architects, developers, database administrators etc.)
• High attention to detail, able to organize and priorities work effectively
• Ability to interpret technical compliance requirements into pragmatic business terms and drive their implementation throughout the organization
• Excellent communication skills
