Job summary

Audionic is seeking a Merchandiser for Modern Trade to ensure product visibility, stock availability, and brand presence across leading retailers and channels in Karachi. You will implement planograms, manage POSM, and drive sell-out through strong store relationships.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Modern Trade merchandising, familiar with major retailers, and possess a bike with valid license. Presentable, proactive, and results-oriented professionals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Merchandiser in Modern Trade.
• Electronics or FMCG experience preferred.
• Experience handling IMT and LMT chains such as Carrefour, Imtiaz, Naheed, and similar retailers.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must have a bike and valid driving license.
• Presentable, punctual, energetic, and field-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Store Execution & Visibility across Modern Trade stores.
• Ensure product availability on shelves according to planograms.
• Maintain proper product displays, cleanliness, and tagging.
• Implement POSM including posters, standees, danglers, and other marketing materials.
• Sales & Stock Management and daily stock checks.
• Monitor expiry, damaged stock, and stock rotation using FIFO.
• Achieve sell-out targets for assigned stores.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and shelf staff.
• Negotiate for additional display space and other visibility opportunities.
• Submit daily visit reports with pictures via WhatsApp or app.

Audionic - The Sound Master is looking for a Merchandiser - Modern Trade to ensure maximum product visibility, availability, and brand presence across Modern Trade stores, including IMT and LMT channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Execution & Visibility
• Ensure product availability on shelves according to planograms
• Maintain proper product displays, cleanliness, and tagging
• Implement POSM including posters, standees, danglers, and other marketing materials
• Sales & Stock Management
• Conduct daily stock checks and report stock gaps to the Key Account Executive
• Monitor expiry, damaged stock, and stock rotation using FIFO
• Achieve sell-out targets for assigned stores
• Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with store managers, department heads, and shelf staff
• Negotiate for additional display space, gondola ends, checkout counters, and other visibility opportunities
• Reporting & Market Intelligence
• Submit daily visit reports with pictures through WhatsApp or the designated app
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new product launches
• Share relevant market feedback with the sales team
