Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Client Engagement:

• Contact and follow up with warm leads to build rapport and understand client needs.
• Set appointments for Google Meet sessions and invite potential clients to property events.
• Communicate confidently with U.S.-based clients and present investment opportunities.

Sales & Coordination:

• Recommend property investment options aligned with client goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with the sales team.
• Support deal closures through consistent follow-ups.

Market Awareness:

• Stay updated on U.S. real estate trends and effectively communicate project benefits.

Job Role Secondary:

• Assist the sales team with event invitations and client tracking.
• Participate in sales training and performance review meetings.
• Support reporting and administrative follow-ups related to client engagement.
