Job summary

NETSOL Technologies Inc. in Lahore is seeking an Associate Project Manager with strong managerial and people skills to report on progress and provide regular updates to the Program / Project Manager.

You will create project plans, manage timelines and budgets, coordinate resources, mentor staff, and ensure objectives are met while maintaining clear client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Project Management processes, Agile strategies and methods.
• Mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department.
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to predict challenges and proactively head-off obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans, establish timelines, and build budgets

• Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
