Job summary

10Pearls is seeking an Associate .NET Core Developer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join a banking technology team. You will build and support ASP.NET Core applications and REST APIs, collaborating with senior engineers in an enterprise banking environment while using modern development practices, version control, and CI/CD workflows.

You will work with relational databases, focus on secure coding, and contribute to code reviews and quality improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional .NET experience.
• Proficient in ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Experience with Redis caching and pub/sub.
• Experience with SQL Server relational design.
• Familiar with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or equivalent.
• Banking/financial services domain a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and REST APIs using ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Contribute to application architecture discussions, including service integration.
• Implement and support caching, session management, and pub/sub with Redis.
• Design relational database schemas in SQL Server and optimize queries.
• Write unit tests and participate in debugging to ensure quality.
• Use Git for version control and follow code review practices.
• Support and participate in CI/CD pipelines for build and deployment.
• Collaborate with senior developers, QA, and business analysts to translate requirements.
• Troubleshoot defects and production issues promptly.
• Follow secure coding practices and internal engineering standards.
• Document technical designs, APIs, and configuration details.
