• Support documentation processes, including maintaining project trackers, status reports, and production plans

• Champion a positive and collaborative team culture, facilitating clear and consistent communication across all departments
• Prioritize tasks and track day-to-day work with product managers to ensure objectives are met on time

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a production or coordination role or any other relevant position in the software or game industry within the gaming industry, having shipped at least one title through the full production cycle
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in dynamic, team-oriented environments
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ShotGrid
• A passion for gaming and a desire to contribute to the creation of outstanding player experiences
